Claudemir Oliveira is president and founder of the "Seeds of Dreams Institute", an American company, headquartered in Florida, with a branch office in Brazil, focused on Guestology, Clientology and Positive Psychology, developing people and corporations with focus on human potentiality. Claudemir is the author of 8 books and a doctor in Positive Psychology. In the corporate world, Claudemir has more than 30 years of experience, in Brazil and in the United States, in marketing, sales and training, in companies such as American Airlines, United Airlines, The Walt Disney Company (Parks & Resorts division), among others. He has trained more than 750,000 people in Latin America, Europe and Asia. In 1995, Claudemir opened the Parks & Resorts division of The Walt Disney Company in Brazil. In 2000, he was transferred to the United States, where he led the company's global training strategy. In addition, Claudemir had the privilege of teaching at Disney University in the famous Traditions course, where all Disney leaders and employees receive training before their first day on the job. This course is a worldwide reference in corporate culture. He was also a guest lecturer at the Disney Institute, where he was called to speak about his experience to the participants in the leadership courses of that prestigious institute.
