Erick Rincón Cárdenas Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, with postgraduate degrees in Financial Law and Contract Law from Universidad del Rosario; Master in Commercial Law from Universidad Alfonso X in Spain; and Doctor in Law from Universidad Europea de Madrid. He has been an undergraduate and graduate law school professor at several universities in the areas of financial law, e-commerce and legal tech.
He is Director of the Master in Business and Law of the GSB of the Universidad del Rosario, Director of the TicTank of the same University and Associate Professor.
