A Computer Engineer with a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Commercial Management, and certified by FIBA/FIU, he combines advanced technical expertise with strong strategic leadership.

Throughout his career, he has played a key role in financial crime prevention across Latin America, leading compliance and risk management initiatives in more than 10 countries. His background includes senior leadership positions of significant responsibility, having served as Director of Monitoring and UIAF Reporting at Banco de Occidente, as well as SARLAFT Director and Compliance Officer at multiple financial institutions. Today, he is a specialized consultant and international speaker, widely recognized as a leading voice in the compliance ecosystem.
